Condominium advice for Pattaya and Jomtien Beach, Thailand

Because I live close to Pattaya and Jomtien Beach here in Thailand and know the whole place pretty well, I have often been asked for advice on where I think is best to rent or buy a condominium in the area. Well, I have to say that in all honesty I think the very best place is View Talay 2 in Jomtien Beach, especially building A although the other building, B, is also very nice.

The main reasons why I like that condominium complex more than any other are because it is a quiet, friendly and well-maintained complex, it is bright, spacious and airy so you always feel relaxed, and both buildings have lots of shops and facilities on site including huge swimming pools each with poolside bar/restaurants.

Combined with all that is the fact that it is excellent value for money considering it is so close to everything the area has to offer: it is a 5 minute quick walk or 10 minute gentle stroll to both Jomtien and Dongtan beaches (or two minutes by baht bus), the same to Jomtien market and all the local bars and restaurants, and it is also right next to the main baht bus route into Pattaya city with all it's world-famous tourist attractions and nightlife, with such a journey typically taking about 10 minutes to the southern end of the city where Walking Street starts.

So all-in-all it is, in my opinion, the best place to rent or buy a condo in the whole Pattaya/Jomtien bay area for enjoying a lovely stay in one of the world's best holiday destinations!
